Alchemy During A Pandemic
With the inflow of Autumn this year in the Southern Hemisphere, came the COVID 19 Pandemic. Clearly there is an intensified global sense of vulnerability around the respiratory area. As we deepen into the journey of social distancing, with less distractions and noise in our lives, we may become more present to our inner worlds and deeper themes. Each season holds themes and connects us to an archetype, as previously discussed, (Autumn Alchemy). In Autumn the gifts are in letting go and finding the gold in our lives.
Breath, Inspiration & Letting Go
Our breath offers us connection to life, ‘inspiration’ and let go of what is not needed, as waste through our bowels, and that which no longer serves us. It is through Easter that we can relate to symbolic themes around the Christian connection to the Easter passage. The death of Christ can take us to the aspiration for higher truth, grief around impermanence, letting go along with the calling for ascension and reverence to Heavenly father/ God energy.
